Multigrains (Ten Whole Grains) and its benefits

A young man was diagnosed to have final stage intestinal cancer. He went for treatment and a couple of operations to remove several centimeters of his intestines. He was unable to work for 7 to 8 months, and his skin complexion was dark and limbs were swollen, thus making it difficult for him to walk.
He was told that it could be due to his lifestyle for the past 20 years for him to develop the cancer. He recalled that even though he hadn’t been taking alcohol, he’s been taking supper almost everyday, especially his favourite dish---grilled meat. He’d have seafood for every meal, and can eat half to one kilogram of prawns at one time. He’d go to bed soon after supper.

He decided to change his lifestyle and eating habits. He began searching for information on health-related issues and concluded that he consumed too much acidic food (which means meat shouldn’t exceed 30% of his diet).
He designed a special menu for himself which is mainly made up of multigrains. He’d take lots of fruits and vegetables and have green tea after his meal.

After two weeks, he discovered that his stamina and health improved a lot. Later, he included food supplement in his diet (honey, seaweed etc). He is more alert, and his feet were no longer swollen and even his hair seems to be darker than before.
He resumed his normal life and returned to work. No one can tell from his appearance that he’s just recovered from cancer, and many started to eat multigrains after hearing about its benefits. Many like himself, saw great improvement in their health and were grateful to the wonders of eating multigrains. However, he confessed that he’s not recovered fully from cancer yet, only choosing to eat a well-balanced diet to keep his condition under control.

He’d take time off to spend some time with people in his support group, and many after hearing about his sharing on the benefits of multigrains, started to change their eating habits and eat multigrains too.
He advised those cancer sufferers to stay positive and not to dwell in their illnesses. Treat the ailment as a challenge, and face it with courage and perseverance. He has become stronger and more optimistic after his battle with cancer.

His wife also change to healthy diet and gradually, her appearance and overall health also improved and the spots on her face disappeared.
