"I'm going to my own bed..to sleep"..2y 7m 2w old had grown up overnight

It's been a while tossing, talking to teddy bears, playing airplane with hand flying in the air, with eyes opened since 10pm..despite Mummy reminding there's school the following day..
and switching on the air-conditioner..

closing the door to block out any bright light..

and a small interruption when Daddy and Mummy had some 'discussion'..

issues with regards to child upbringing..

and having both Daddy and Mummy to accompany to sleep after Daddy wash up..

and still no sign of sleepiness..

Earlier had 1.67h of nap and woke up 555pm, so there should be no problem going to bed by 10pm..

Mummy decided to return to own bed by 11pm,

and the 'whole platoon' followed..

there's hardly anymore space on the Q size Double bed,

and still wanted more to come up the bed..

Finally when Mummy had started 'snoring'..

the 'survivor' had turned 180 deg with head at the end of the bed..

(probably cooler after lying sandwiched with head between Daddy & Mummy's)

and got up to leave the bed..said softly,

 "I'm going to my own bed.."

(recently, this implies that it's bedtime..return to own bed next door to sleep,

and if at 9plus10 in the evening after supper, Mummy is still seated & 'glued' in front of the PC,

'survivor' will hold Mummy's hand to go to own bedroom)

Mummy stirred, but continued to 'snore'..

Daddy signaled not to make loud sound talking, and asked if there's a need for accompanying,

the answer was 'No'..

but 'survivor' wanted to ask if all the other 'soldiers' can follow..

Daddy says to leave them on the floor next to the Double bed..

and 'survivor' nodded before leaving the room..

Silence followed.

99% asleep.

Daddy went to peep at the door to double confirm..

and the 'survivor' had really grown up..overnight.

There was a teeny weeny drop of tear in Daddy's eyes, and nose sniffed.
