he/she will
- ask for a phone interview before considering to take the tuition assignment with the tuition agency
- make known/clear his/her expectations of the tutor is to keep the child occupied during the tuition sessions & the child has tuition/enrichment almost everyday
- delay/postpone the commencement of the first session after confirmation of the assignment
- refuse to pay for fees and offer to pay only for the transport when the tutee is not at home upon arrival & waiting outside the door
- cancel sessions saying child is sick/has alot of school homework
- chat with you before &/or after the first session of tuition
- SMS &/or call you after a few sessions to discuss about the progress and/or how to make the lessons more effective/suitable for the tutee
- SMS on a weekend and if you do so in future, will request to have a chat with you after a lesson to tell you not to SMS him/her on a Sunday as it is Family Day
- request for reminder for payment of fees
- repeated delay in the payment of fees
- expect the tutor to check the tutee's class website for Homework/Tests & updates
- question you if you end the session a few minutes earlier than the stated timing &/or the tutee will ask you when did you arrive/the session started/session will end
