6 Simple Steps to boil fresh eggs that make peeling the EASIEST
1. Bring a pot of water to boil.
2. Lower
eggs into water.
3. Boil for about 13 minutes.
4. Take out of water.
5. Rinse
under cold water or place the eggs in a basin of cold water.
6. Replace with
more cold water when water becomes warm.
Ta-da! The eggs will peel easily!
P/S: Use fresh, room
temperature eggs that are not refrigerated. Take eggs from the refrigerator 60 minutes before cooking.
