It's been a long long long..time since we last talked about how you came into our lives..

It took place almost 9 years ago in December 2009.

The planning was conceptualised even earlier in 2003, but it was delayed for various reasons, 

both internal and external factors.

Eventually there was the unusual proposal when the clock struck 12 on a New Year's Day in 2006 at a foreign land with fireworks in the sky.

Finally the ring was on the finger.

All of a sudden, we played multiple roles as the Estate Agent,

Home Designer and Renovation Contractor, Wedding Planner and

IT Support, Purchasing Officer and so on.

We finally received the keys and moved in to a house we can call our Home in 2008-09.

We directed our own Hollywood short movie in September 2009.

You survived the ordeal in April 2010 and stayed strong and healthy.

Amazing Grace!

It's been a roller coaster ride these 15 years and 9 months but we had walked a path no one else had.

Thank you for coming into our lives this 8 years.

You're the Gift of our lives.

40th week of Pregnancy #2

Is the EDD soon???

After 4 weeks of Primary school for neighbour Aunt A's elder child E Gorgor.

Fri
Power Daddy fetching and sending Gorgor to and fro Childcare by baby stroller in public transport. Mummy will be admitting to delivery ward soon after simple family steamboat meal. Mummy still has very good appetite and oh isn't it good to be full term pregnant and just sit and wait to be served?

Sat
Expecting Meimei in a few hours' or maybe minutes' time. One centimetre dilation. How long will the wait be? Daddy is hungry too. We need our food. Dr, can Mummy have my booster meal first? After lying down waiting for the delivery and having contractions for more than 8 hours, Mummy is getting sleepy and hungry. Daddy went into the Labour Room with mobile ready to capture Meimei's first smile.

Sun
TK came to visit Mummy and Meimei at the ward with Daddy and grannies. Meimei is crying alot and loudly as nurses told Mummy she's hungry and not getting enough breast milk. Come on, baby, suck harder! Or else the nurses will be feeding you formula milk. We should be going home tomorrow.

Mon
Granny is fetching us home in taxi. The auntie nurse was so nice to carry Meimei to the taxi stand to wait for our cab while Granny carry Mummy's bag. Mummy can walk slowly as the wound still hurts and couldn't sit vertically except on one side. Mummy asked for a few bottles of milk in case Meimei cries for milk. However, nurse told Mummy nowadays, they don't give, but they can open and offer one bottle to Meimei upon discharge.

Expecting Meimei in a few days' time. One EDD by first Dr is next Monday. Another is 3 days after that by second Dr. Which is more accurate?
